1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Andrea’s Studio for photography services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
2. Services Provided
Andrea’s Studio provides professional photography services, including but not limited to portrait, wedding, event, product, fashion, and corporate photography. Services are subject to the specific package or custom agreement outlined in your booking contract.
3. Booking and Payment
To secure a photography session, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at booking, with the remaining balance due one week prior to the session. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods specified in the booking agreement. Failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation of the session.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the session will receive a refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion, subject to availability and a rescheduling fee. No-shows forfeit all payments.
5. Intellectual Property
All photographs created by Andrea’s Studio remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the photos for personal purposes (e.g., printing, sharing on social media). Commercial use requires a separate agreement and additional fees. We reserve the right to use photos for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Delivery of Photos
Edited high-resolution photos will be delivered via an online gallery within 2–4 weeks, depending on the package and season. A sneak peek of select images may be provided within 48 hours. Physical deliverables (e.g., USB drives, albums) will be provided as specified in your package.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for photography locations, providing accurate scheduling details, and ensuring timely attendance. Any delays or restrictions caused by the client may affect the quality or quantity of photos delivered.
8. Limitation of Liability
Andrea’s Studio is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from our services, except where required by law. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, illness), we will make reasonable efforts to provide a substitute photographer or refund the session fee.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical failures. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
