Our videography services include commercial videos, wedding videography, music videos, and more. By engaging our services, you agree to provide accurate project details and adhere to agreed-upon timelines and payment terms.
- Project Scope: We will outline the project scope, deliverables, and timelines in a written agreement.
- Payments: Payments are due as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may incur additional fees.
- Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days before the project start date.
Intellectual Property
All video content produced by VideoGraph remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables.
Limitation of Liability
VideoGraph is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We strive to deliver high-quality work but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
